Project 365: A Photographer's side

Our family seems to be all better now and things are returning to normal with the return of school.  I have been trying to learn as much as I can about how others have done their Project 365.  You can really do it any way that you want.  Every day, once a week, or once a month.
It seems that there are 2 different schools of thought.  You have the photographers, who use it to increase their knowledge of picture taking and their camera.  And you have Scrapbookers, who use it capture a year of their and/or their family's life.  I have found photo prompts for each of them.  I find it interesting, since I consider myself both.

PHOTOGRAPHER'S 365
For the photographers, you go out each day in search of something to photograph.  You try different settings, aperatures, f-stops, etc.  By the end of the year, you should have some cool shots and know your camera much better.  Here is a spreadsheet of prompts:

For example:  this week, you would find shots that represent "cold".  Every day this week, you would do something different on the same subject.  Maybe snow, or ice, or mittens, frost, icicles, people bundled up, etc.
Here is what I found:
Cold mornings here bring lots of fog.  I took some great shots at my park on the way to take the kids to school.  Just to show how "do-able" this is - literally, I was driving in my car, with all 4 kids in tow, stopped, rolled down the window and snapped this shot.
Now, you do not need to follow this or any list of prompts.  These are just a way to help you out if you get stuck for ideas of what to shoot.  What about showing the growth of your tree, garden, etc.  Every week/month, you could photo the same thing.
Tomorrow, I will talk about the scrapbookers side.
